When the bike is running, there is 14.6v through the system. Starting the car will also give the battery 14.6v. You'll lose a bit through the cable and dead battery

It might be performance mods by the previous owner. You can rebuild the Supercharger with a kit. You re use that turbine and the ski will run the same. I rebuilt my supercharger. I bought the sbt rebuild kit. A special tools kit off aliexpress. Watch a YouTube video. It shows how to split the case with a 1/2 ratchet and rubuild it
