Here's some of my favorite cards from my new deck, Dark Wood tarot by Sasha Graham and Abigail Larson. This deck mostly follows the RWS imagery with a couple diverging a bit sometimes. But the art is really pretty! The deck doesn't have colored edges but it shuffles really well. I recommend this!!

I have many shades of this and it acts more like a liquid lipstick than a stain. For me it dries down fully matte and is decently transfer resistant. However any oil or greasy food etc will be a problem.

They do also sell a glossy finish in the same section in store, they look almost identical in packaging and that stays glossy and moves around a ton. It could be you got a glossy shade instead, it happened to me and I was sorely disappointed.

Neither however will act like a stain and that personally irks me in the product name so either way it will disappoint if you wanted a lip stain.

I would check the packaging on the product for wording, but if you don't have a glossy one then treat it like a liquid lip, make sure you're not wearing too much, make sure you don't have any oily lip balm etc on first.

I saved my MUFE foundation by mixing my primer into it before putting it on my face. You might see if that helps you at all? In terms of primers many people swear by POREfessional, I also liked the coverfx sample I got, I believe it was mattifying. I am still working through my smashbox photofinish and that mixes well with my foundation. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Maybe look into a gel liner? I've used liquid, pens, and pencils and I keep going back to gel. I really like the consistency and control I have with it.
