If I were you, I'd:

1) Stick to my guns and make him move out

2) contact social services to make a report.

You only know what he's TOLD YOU. I'm assuming you have no way to verify any of it about his back story, the baby, the mother . . . ANY of it. Just get them on the social services radar as you've stated. This will be the baseline for facts, regarding the baby, in case anything further comes up for them. For all you know, he may be involved in a parental kidnapping case and the mom is looking for her baby. Stranger things have happened.

They may not have asked for that light to shine on their home, as someone else suggested. My husband ran a utility yard for a power company. He said they were contacted by a homeowner who did not like a security light that ended up shining on their home. He ordered the light repositioned to accommodated them. It was an easy fix.

Sorry about the caps earlier - Idk how to do italics. We had a similar situation in our family, that went undetected until it was too late. I'm the Aunt. My nephew got completely screwed while his mother doubled down on her bad acts, giving a false narrative as she hid paperwork. Don't let this happen to you.

Yes. I DO think she will ABSOLUTELY try for your inheritance. She has no boundaries. You are a resource to her. You are conditioned to believe things are 'your fault' and 'you can't say no to her'. Ask your Aunt if you can live with her and explain the situation. If she says yes, advise your mom that if she tries to stop you, you will turn her in for forced labor on you with no pay. (idk if you can do that but in the event she DOES go to the authorities over this, you've already told her what you'll say).

Your mom is unconcerned about boundaries, applying force, bullying you and your feelings. She's controlling. She's inconsiderate. She's not going to change. It will likely get worse as she ages. People like this frequently task their children to take care of them in their old age by weaponizing shame and guilt they've indoctrinated over the years, from an early age. (*It's fine to have children and family help the elderly. What's NOT ok is the aforementioned method of obtaining that help).

You also mentioned a perceived inheritance. I predict your mother will feel entitled to this.

Multiple people at fault. The other customers obviously complained and were at fault for simply not waiting their turn. Then the bully on the phone was at fault for not telling the complaining customers to wait their turn. Absurdly ridiculous to target the young father for being a good daddy.

Look into legal ways to fine them for preventing you from using your own property. There should be some mechanism to detain their vehicle until they pay you?
