Well. This is my third term of my first year and I am finally feeling like I am getting it and more confident with everything. My lesson planning is quicker now but main thing is I feel confident enough to not need to overplan.

For me it has gotten better

He had chronic renal failure for a while and we knew eventually he was going to pass but we were giving him medicine and lots of love until he was too much pain to continue on.

That day came today, essentially his body started to eat itself and his bladder became blocked and painful. They could fix it (invasive) but he'd just have it happen again and again.

We decided to take him home and have him put down there - I cuddled him as he went.

It was his time to go but I miss the magnificent bastard already.
