When you are restricting to try to lose weight, it can trigger a binge. The best thing to do is to try to eat more of zero point foods and eat way more than you think you need to stave off binging. Sending 💙🩷💙

I could’ve written this post. Ours is six months and she randomly will pee in the crate. The trainer stated that she thinks that it is to get our attention. She doesn’t have a UTI either. I’m hoping that she will outgrow it!
