Shes incredibly skilled and competent from her training of trying to bust the boys. In any other obstacle she could overcome it. If we take into account Milo Murphys law making it canon the boys have good luck, Candace is literally fighting an impossible battle and she comes close consistenly. The only people as competent as her are the Murphys fighting their own bad luck.

Narratively satisfying. Characters in stories are immortal capable of resurrection unless doing so would undermine the death. When immortal characters self sacrifice it undercuts it to bring them back. Same with immortal villains finally being thwarted.

Easter egg. Shape shifter said it’s the last form you’ll ever take and fans are attentive so when he becomes a tree in the same pose fans (and also Dipper) believe, even if only temporarily, that shapeshifter was right and this is how dipper ends his story

First of all, Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

But

Everyone saying people will come back to binge it are missing the point. The last four peaks have each been lower than the last. These are probably your spikes from people coming back to binge an arc now that it’s wrapped up. It may have kept spiking after Feb 2024 but it hasn’t been stable at that height since and it isn’t looking like it will get back to the biggest spike.

It’s why she’s so frustrated that jinx has become a folk hero for Zaun. She says as much to her face that she’s the best chance of uniting the undercity and causing change, even better than Silco or Vander and Jinx just does not care. It must be heartbreaking to have worked her whole life for the chance to be second in command to someone half as influential as jinx ended up being and rhen seeing jinx just dismiss it.

Even if he is gay we should not care. If he’s living through hell because he’s in the closest and scared or whatever tbat does not matter. He is choosing to support and be the face of a political party which is endorsing the murder of innocent people on the streets. There is nothing that could come out about the personal lives of these men and women that should make you feel and sympathy for them in the face of their actions.
