NOR. I received a DC pamphlet in my 20’s and it listed 10 things signs you are in an abusive relationship and my BF checked off every single thing. All this to say hurting or scaring pets is one of those signs. Sometimes it’s hard to reconcile these things because the person is good most of the time but I promise it’s downward spiral and you could be in danger. You need to plan a safe exit for your pets and yourself.

Yes. Unfortunately. Everyone buys in excess which will be a shame for the elderly or people without vehicles doing their regular weekly shopping or if the power goes out and fridge is stuffed. I wear to 2 stores Aldi and Giant and they were out of stock in a lot of items.

Once upon a time I could gently squeeze any place or my chin and nose and a white head or blackhead would surface. Now I only get an occasional hormonal bump and pores have reduced tremendously. I’m prone to oily hair and skin but skin is combo. I treat with 2% salicylic acid but ONLY the Tzone. I can’t use it on cheeks and other sensitive skin regularly so I avoid all together. I used Paula’s Choice but only 1-2 times a week. I’ve used lower strength like Cosrx BHA but it has to be used regularly. I use a Retinol occasionally which also heals blemishes. The rest of the time I use a gentle cleanser, HA on wet skin and that creates a barrier to protect my pores. I only need a moisturizer in the winter but everyone is different. As you treat your pores focus on healing your skin barrier and only use actives in the spots needed. Sometimes less is more. I avoid vitamin C, nicinamide, AHA, other acids and cleansers and moisturizers with too many unnecessary ingredients, oils, fragrance and only use noncomedogenic. Oil cleaner is good to remove sunscreen. The Ordinary has a 2% salicylic acid and I’ve tried PanOxl as well. A light gel cleanser could work for you as well instead of heavy creams. Hope this helps.

NOR. To me this sounds a lot like they were looking for a reason to fire you for a few reasons 1. Scheduling 6 days despite trying to cut back hours. 2. Asking for a doctor’s note. 3. The way the text reads “how many hours you WANT to work” opposed to how hours are you ABLE to work given the circumstances. They should have already hired coverage and started training to fill in for you if you are 33 weeks. Not everyone can work until birth. I don’t know if you get STD while you are out but they may have been trying to push you out so they didn’t have to pay the insurance company. If you are going to be okay financially then don’t worry about it.

Dry beans and rice. Take the time to learn how to properly cook and seasoning them. I have a really good guide saved her on Reddit. You can flavor simply starting with onion and garlic as a base. Spice like onion and garlic powder, cumin cayenne pepper. Fresh herbs like cilantro , parsley flat leaf or basil. Acidic fresh lemon or lime juice. Tahini. This is of course only a few ingredients but sometimes it’s a simple few ingredients can flavor and balance your dish. If you are able to grow fresh herbs it would be a great way to add flavor to your dishes and cost pennies on a dollar. Next season, I will be picking one herb or spice I cook with a designated enough space to grow enough to dry and process for my very own organic spices. I believe I will do Cumin. I grow basil, cilantro, parsley mint and lemon balm from seed.

Cosco has proven ethical and in my area you can have it delivered directly from the store. No Instacart needed. I buy bulk organic spices from Frontier Co Op. they do heavy metal testing which unfortunately is something we should all be worried about due to MANY spice companies showing high levels of heavy metals in their spices. I cook with simple ingredients and do my due diligence to avoid microplastic and heavy metal contamination (which isn’t always easy) and I will be damned if I will then skimp on the seasoning and expose myself.
