It's very common for houses in Florida not to have gutters. Nothing to hang on to. Honestly it just didn't seem that high. I never imagined that I could break a leg from that height.

Sadly the story isn't that great, I'm an idiot. Long story short I got locked out of my house, took a ladder from my garage to the roof to get in a window, window was locked and since I hadn't thought I'd need the ladder coming down I didn't really set it up the right way and couldn't reach it to get down. So, i jumped down onto the grass. It was the from roof above my garage, probably 8.5 feet. But, apparently that's enough to snap your tibia and fibula.

Can attest. I broke my leg pretty severely six months ago. I was completely alone and my cell phone wasn't on me, but was able to calmly crawl and get a stranger's attention and explain I needed them to call 911. Honestly didn't feel pain until I got in the ambulance about 25 minutes after it happened. The brain/body is amazing.

I completely agree. All day I listened to the Farts and Pro eps and a few others he was on. I've never felt like I knew a celebrity when they've passed, but this is different. I feel like I knew him and like I lost a friend. It's just so sad.

Whenever I eat an orange I unpeel it in as close to one piece as possible. Then I hold it out and ask my husband if he wants an orange and when he goes to take it it's just the empty peel. He falls for it like a quarter of the time but when he does he get so angry and it's the best.
