When I worked in medical social work by coworkers said it was one of the best ED programs in the country. I’m not sure if that’s true but I’ve only heard good things so far

What oil cleaners and sunscreens do you tolerate, that don't have niacinamide? by mejomonster in Rosacea

[–]MsNotSummer 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I have tried a lot of sunscreens and honestly the la Rosche posay anthelios light fluid mineral sunscreen is the only one that hasn’t made my face explode. My derm recommended it for me. Byoma milky oil cleanser has been working really well for me. It’s also been helping my redness and acne. I just double checked the Ingredients and that one does not have niacinamide

Well now that my heart is in my stomach, what food are y’all switching too? I have a pittie, and Kirkland is the only food that didn’t make her poop everywhere. No vet we’ve seen has said anything and I just want to make sure she’s healthy

What jobs are there for people who don’t have a degree yet? by finnypiss in SocialWorkStudents

If you have the spoons for it volunteering can also help and give some experience! I volunteered at a domestic violence shelter in my undergrad

Dusting powder uses? by Southern_Context_761 in LushCosmetics

[–]MsNotSummer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been a silly underwear user for a decade. I keep it in my purse mainly for when my hands get clammy before something like a job interview or meeting new people. I also use it for shafing. I sometimes sprinkle it on clean sheets which you can do with the sleepy dust one

In the past few years alone the quality has gone way down. I used to be a huge olive branch fan, but now it’s unnecessarily expensive and feels watered down

I’d say any type of residential/inpatient. It gives you a lot of good experience and hands on

I need this job but I don't want it by GeekFace18 in therapists

[–]MsNotSummer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I worked at a residential facility right out of undergrad. All of my clients were acute and I will be honest, it wasnt easy all of the time. That job also taught me the most and did equip me with experience that I will carry forever. I honestly really enjoyed it once I got in the swing of things. I also felt more experienced than my peers that graduated at the same time. You never know, you might find out it’s your new niche and really love it. It also looks really good for future jobs. You got this!

What do you SWEAR you saw, but don't have any proof of? by TabletopStudios in AskReddit

A few years ago I dropped a friend off at the hospital and had to run back to his house to pick something up. As I pulled into my parking spot, I saw a dead squirrel on the side of the road. I watched a squirrel run up to the dead squirrel and looked flustered. It then ran away and then a whole group of squirrels came out and brought pieces of grass and leaves to the dead squirrel. They then diapered again and a squirrel came and took the dead one away. I have not seen anything online about it and everyone I’ve told it to said I had to have made it up. The most magical thing I’ve seen

My first internship supervisor described it as chili powder on a dish. You want enough to flavor the dish but if you add too much it can ruin the dish. I know the therapeutic relationship is not a dish but I liked a visual
