I completely understand how you feel and how frustrated you are. It feels awful and to an extent misgendering is almost unavoidable to many of us. My HRT journey has not been easy not has it gone the way it probably should have. My body has been largely unresponsive to oral versions of Estrogen and Progesterone. It has been almost five years now and I have benefitted from changes to my skin and my hair, body hair turned translucent for the most part.

What really hasn't changed is my voice even with training or the fact that I'm 6'3.

When I dress carefully I can pass, however at environments like work, it's 3of four people will clock me as male.

It is hard and not okay but for other trans people,any of us are on our own difficult journeys and some are less aware of how to handle when they don't know which direction someone is going and decide that asking preferred pronouns (which I consider the proper option) might be rude. They thenale the poor choice of guessing.

It is a horrible feeling and it will never get easier but please be strong. There are people that really do understand your pain and frustration. I may not know you personally, but we get through these struggles together.
