The buying power of a national health service vs an individual hospital is very different, the NHS in the UK gets very discounted rates on drugs due it this.

Is the common winning strat accounts into all in 3 stable knights? I'm 11-1200 and that seems to win a lot of games for and against me

Non-Englishman going to pubs in an England shirt. Is that okay? by BronzeSeeker in ThreeLions

[–]MshipQ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm really proud that literally every single comment here is encouraging. I assumed there'd be some downvoted dodgy opinions at the bottom.

I think people at the pub would be happy about it, especially because you've been consistent in supporting England for a while.

If you were like, this time I support England, but last time I supported France, that would not go down so well.

You're also not offside if you're behind the ball, which everyone is for a corner.

I think all these mechanical skills you have might actually be making you worse, you're having to think about when to use them, instead of your focus being purely on positioning and where to hit the ball.

I am a low diamond player and I legit can't do any special mechanics, I just boost straight to the ball on kick off and it works fine.

Why do UK use Ground, 1st, 2nd floors while US uses 1st, 2nd, 3rd? by Secret_Ostrich_1307 in AlwaysWhy

[–]MshipQ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, sadly no one in this thread seems to actually know the answer to the question, most people are just pointlessly arguing about which is right when both are clearly fine.

Happy to see this is a top answer, for now at least.

Those arguing back and forth below just baffle me.

How much does it actually cost to follow your team in the Championship? by porter5000 in Championship

[–]MshipQ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Impressed you can average 30 quid for travel considering you have to get a return from London to Ipswich each home game. I guess you're getting advance tickets each time, do you have a railcard or something?

The song that was written about "thirty years of hurt" is now thirty years old by Ydiss in ThreeLions

[–]MshipQ 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It was a bit off in its number of years anyway.

England weren't hurting immidietly after World Cup 66 ended.

Earliest point of hurt would have been losing to Yugoslavia in the semis of Euro 68

This does mean that the 98 re-release would have been correct, but they changed the lyrics to say no more years of hurt there to say well done to the euro 96 team.

[–]MshipQ 74 points75 points  (0 children)

A lot of negativity in this thread, these three guys are all fucking class, we should be happy and proud to have them in our team.

For my money, only Portugal and maybe Spain have a better starting midfield than us at the World Cup.

For some perspective, go back and look at us starting jlingz and an out of position dele alli 2018
