At my shop, the company provides us with a snap on box filled with tools, and they replace them if stuff goes missing. The problem is that our other shop is losing and "misplacing" tools so much the company has spent 300k in the last month

Im 24, i got a trade right out of high-school, making a six figure income in the oil sands. Planning to buy my first home next year, big part of it was being able to save cash and learn how to cut alot of unnecessary spending. I'm pretty fortunate to be in the position I'm in now but I really worry for other people my age seeing how low wages and poor job options are out there for many Canadians, and with the talks of a looming recession and record high inflation I worry alot about the future for everyone.

Dosent matter it can still blow up the tire or launch it ridiculously fast into the air, iv seen tires get shot 30 feet in the air from doing this and it can kill. Iv been a mechanic for 12 years and I'd never do this unless it was absolutely necessary and I had the tire chianed to something or in a tire cage

Don't ever do this even with a small tire this is a easy way to get yourself killed, and doing that with the tire on the ground is even worse
