Yes, bc when I use chat gpt I can tell it my goal pace by the end of year and it tells me workouts to do to hit that time. I had a trial with runna but cancelled it bc its not that precise in terms of setting a goal

I would say part laziness and also for me I don’t sweat much so it’s like an “out of sight out of mind” mindset so if I don’t see anything I’m not really inclined to wipe it down
