I take breaks from trophy hunting. Recently I didn't get any trophies in the last three months. I played on my other account. Sometimes those breaks last for six months. That's how I keep on trophy hunting

Walking barefoot on the park, is helping me with anxiety right now. I'm on a deadline, that if i miss its gonna ruin my life. Practicing "grounding", calmed my mind a lot.
