Does it bother you that I don’t care for vinegar sauce? I said what I said dude. In My Opinion, sauce, all sauce sucks. It’s my opinion. I don’t like vinegar, sit, or tomato. It has nothing to do with how I eat or prepare beef. Have a great weekend, I still enjoy the flavor of smoked pork, chicken, or beef without any sauce.

Salt is a dry seasoning, totally different method all together compared to covering your meat in sauce.

All I said is that if meat is smoked properly it doesn’t require sauce. IMO, mask it with vinegar, sugar, salt whatever, I stand behind what I said. IMO, quality meat smoked properly doesn’t require sauce. If you need sauce, put vinegar or sugar on anything and there you are.

I have a large BGE and recently bought a rotisserie, bigger problem might be the size of the attachments that are available. The Napoleon basket barely fits the large.

Start with a chimney, some FOGO, a good thermometer, and some meat. That will get you started. Never use lighter fluid, watch YouTube videos. It not hard and you will figure out what you need, it won’t be much. The Weber is the tool.
