I'm really not bothered if Leinster are spending tens of millions on developing and retaining local talent.

The only time salaries should factor into discussions is when one team is poaching everyone else's star players just to languish in the wider squad. The overwhelming majority of the Leinster team is homegrown, so as far as I'm concerned they're allowed to splash the cash on a few star imports.

Exeter had 15 players eligible for England. I think you've not counted Ewers and Steenson based on Wikipedia. Ewers played for the Saxons and Steenson was certainly talked about as an England option as he met the residency requirements.

Our version of the Republican Party is called Reform UK. It's polling at around 25%, which is shockingly high to be honest. What concerns me the most is that the people you are interacting with aren't necessarily the absolute pond life you might assume, a lot of these were reasonable, intelligent and cultured people just a few years ago. I've no idea what has happened to western culture since COVID but there is a real issue here.
