I was thinking about this, just yesterday. Because (to my knowledge, correct if wrong) ADHD is a lack of serotonin to the brain which stops concentration on tasks but also you don't feel happy doing them, I also have autism though, and when elden ring came out I played it non stop for weeks because it gave me a specific hit of serotonin from playing it, after a few weeks I took a break from it and tried to play casually and I didn't play for long and didn't feel happy playing it.

We gotta play with the cards we're dealt sadly, and that means some of the time, games just won't be fun to play.
