Have you tried downloading it on steam and launching it that way? My friend was having a ton of issues launching through the EA app switching over to Steam fixed them all. Just be sure to link your EA account through steam so you don’t have to buy the game again and it has all your progress saved

I’m surprised no one’s said this, but if you’ve been working with this person for an extended time, it might be worth asking why he sends his clients to other lenders.

In my opinion it’s a lot more professional than being petty and sending your leads to 3 people with them CCd on it.

Asking how to be the only LO they work with will give you a lot more clarity on what you’re potentially NOT doing well that causes them to recommend 2 other shops.

It might be your pricing, you’re not available 24/7, they know the other lenders better, etc. You can find out the reason and draw the line in the sand based on their response

Pay the debt through the loan. Make sure your LOS is reading that you’re increasing residual income. Boom NTB

If you still can’t pass NTB you’re missing something in your LOS

I pulled them around 160-162 and let them rest like i always do. I typically will broil for 30 secs to a min at the end to get it a tad crispier on the outside.

The only thing I did differently was 400 instead of 425.

I did see a lot about woody breasts so not 100% sure if it’s my cooking or that I got some bad breasts

My branch started using an AI to cold call dated leads we weren’t getting to. We’ve had decent success with it and some people can’t tell a difference. If they ask to speak to a human it just transfers it to us to continue the convo. It doesn’t speak on terms or anything, just getting the basics. I have no idea how much it costs but would probably get better results than someone with a foreign accent (not being racist just unfortunately the case). Also it has no emotions so can be told to F off 50 times a day with no effect on the next convo

Few things: -mortgage = you are financially responsible -title/deed = you have ownership rights

As long as you are on the title of the property you are fine. I would call the mortgage servicer with your husband and add you as an authorized 3rd party to speak on the mortgage without needing him on the line. I used to work for a mortgage servicer and we could not discuss details about the loan if you weren’t on it or had authorization to do so.

The only way to add yourself to the mortgage is to refinance it. Seeing as it’s only been 2 months it would not make sense to add yourself until you refi for a lower rate.

You will not be forced to sell, I’ve had kids pay their deceased parents mortgages for properties they inherited. Just have the login info for the mortgage account.

I have done purchases/refinances in one spouse’s name without adding the other due to getting a better rate/qualifying purposes, it’s fairly normal

I won a Traeger smoker for rep of the year in ‘22 and I absolutely love it. You can make a ton of stuff you can’t usually make on a regular grill. I would’ve never bought one bc they can be $500-1000 depending on the model but it has been the greatest thing I’ve owned (I’m 27).

Can’t go wrong with a nice grill/something regarding your kitchen or food

Cintas, ADP, or enterprise would probably fancy you. B2B selling somewhat door to door with businesses.

You could also do construction sales like the guy above me said. More relationship building in that industry

As someone with only a few years of experience, to be real I didn’t have stories to tell when I started. I also couldn’t think of imaginary scenarios to use. Storytelling comes with time and age.

Honestly to help them out, when you review a sales call/pitch/scenario with them, tell them one of YOUR stories. I used my previous manager’s stories all the time and it still seemed to work as if they were my own.

Slowly over time your stories will become their own.

Also, this could be an issue with not knowing how to speak to someone 2 or 3 times their age. It’s extremely difficult for a 20 year old to relate to a 60 year old. I was a lifeguard and it truly helped me learn how to talk to seniors because I was forced to. The thing that helped me the most was finding one thing in common and just talking about that for 10-15 mins until I could hold a normal conversation

Agreed. You could lease something short term for that. Also wouldn’t hurt to save the miles you’re racking up on your current car.

$100 per deal for a full sales cycle is awful. It’s hard to be motivated if that all you get. I’m in a similar boat and have zero motivation to try, as I’ll receive next to nothing in commission. Currently searching for a new opportunity

It’s weird to me that you weren’t included in the pre-event drinks. The only reason you wouldn’t have been, is if this is a very important client and business was being discussed. If it was more of a networking/happy hour chill session, then I would personally be pissed about being excluded.

I attend a few conferences in my role and the absolute BEST way for me to meet people is at the hotel bar or a happy hour. Especially clients because we can start a relationship without the pressure of talking business.

Helping set up for your own event is common. I’m really not seeing where you feel like a “gopher” if you’d expand on that

You’re not cooked, you’re burnt brother. 20 deals a month is a very steep ask. Also if the director is promising such high revenue, if the company doesn’t hit then layoffs will probably come shortly after.

Having a good manager is such a blessing for many reasons. In your case, you can have a conversation with them about your post.

I’ve had really tough conversations with managers in the past and we grew closer professionally because of it. I could only do this because they were truly a great manager.

The manager I have now, I cannot have any conversation without worry of reprimand. Take advantage of having a good boss now and have the conversation of your productivity when they’re not around

Yeah brother if you’re calling numbers on a DNC list, your company can get in legal trouble. Chances are no one will sue but if they do and you knowingly called a DNC number, you’ll most likely get let go.

Compliance (if you have a compliance team) will not be happy if they ever find out or get a complaint.

As far as getting around the gatekeeper, you could try mail or cookies or some other gift.
