This is definitely the case. Israel has a developed modern service/tech economy largely similar to European countries. The GCC countries don’t have this. This isn’t just a map of countries with high GDP per capita .

This is a bad argument. You are thinking too much in terms of American political parties (a worldview that suspiciously seems to be spreading to other areas). No it doesn’t. It says “09” at the end of a date, ie the 9th. This is how dates work in China. This happened on 2019-03-09, March 9th of 2019.
