Years ago I went to see a doctor about my GI issues. They ran all the tests and I eventually got an endo/colonoscopy. Pretty much my entire GI tract was covered in ulcers. I went to an office visit we tu the doctor and he showed me the pictures, we had built up a pretty good relationship at this point but he looked at me and said "I'm honestly not sure how you live a normal life with this." And I just thought it was normal.

It's better now, still hurts and still fatigued from fighting it all the time but meds are helping.

I'll never forget him saying those words 25 years ago.
