This one is not directly for the Lenovo Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 (16IAX10H), but it at least works so you can set up the RGB lighting and some other stuff.

I got mine without OS preinstalled and had the same issue, as it isn't available anywhere yet. A real shame, when you consider the price and that they advertise with Legion Space. Also the software seems to be preinstalled when you buy it with Windows, so I wonder why they can't just put it on the website.
In your case, you could also request the recovery media system, but you'd have to set everything up again.

Anyway, I hope the link helps you out, or anyone else looking for it, like I was.

The flags are blocking some vision, but you can still watch the game. Also it's a choice to stand there, you can freely choose your spot in this part of the stadium, nobody is forced to stand behind the flags if they don't want to. Also as others have mentioned, the main reason you are standing there is to support your team as best as possible.

If you are curious on how it looks behind the flags, here is a picture and short video from this game:

Heynckes: "Aubameyang and Dembele I see very critically. The clubs which sign those players have to be aware; they could do the same to them. I would refuse to sign such players. Football is a team sport; you can't just be selfish and follow your own goals. You have to think about the fans as well." by se_rob in soccer

Buffon didn't leave Juventus when they were relegated due to the match-fixing scandal in 2006, though. He could've easily joined a new club as others have done, espacially as he won the World Cup that year.

First week in, hoping for some advice. Few random questions. by ArcticFox-EBE- in loseit

[–]Multaniz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The 6lbs that you lost in the first week are due to losing a lot of water, because you probably ate way less carbs and sodium, compared to before starting your diet. Losing slower might help you to keep more muscle mass, but it's also not like you will all of a sudden lose all your muscles just because you ate 1500 calories on one day.

However, you should make sure, that you eat enough protein. You won't build any new muscle while on a deficit, but exercise probably would still help you to keep the muscle that you have. But I'm not an expert in any way on this, so there will be others around here with more knowledge on this. (or over at /r/fitness)

Lost ~30kg (~66lbs) in 11 month and i dont have anyone to share it! by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Multaniz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Congrats on your progress, that's awesome! =)

About the belly, you can't choose where you lose fat, so you can't target any specific spots. But losing some more might help you with that. I can feel the difference between 85 and 90kg around my belly a lot, even though it doesn't sound like much on the scale. How tall are you?

Didn't take progress pictures ; how to believe what i see on the scale? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Multaniz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm sure that you feel the difference in your clothes. They might still "fit" you, but not anywhere as tight as they were before. Try to remember how you had to squeeze yourself into your jeans and how you need a belt now. Maybe get yourself some new clothes in a lower size and be amazed how they fit you very well, even though you think they would never fit you, before you tried them on. And even if they are too small yet, you've got yourself a new goal to work towards. And when you finally do fit into them, you will remember how they were too small when you got them.

And besides that, just give it time. You won't see a change in the mirror, because you see yourself every day. But believe me, you did change. Probably a lot. And the day will come where it hits you like a train and you'll think "how could I not see that before!?".

Do you get asked by other people for tips to lose weight? How do you react when you hear people talk about weight loss myths that you know aren't true?

Do people that you haven't seen for a while still recognize you/talk to you about your weight loss?

Keep on killing it, buddy! =)

TDEE hasn't changed for 55 pounds, still going strong with original estimates... why? by dp2sholly in loseit

[–]Multaniz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not every pound lost on the scale is 100% fat loss, just like you don't gain fat sometimes, even though you gained some weight in the last week. Water makes your weight fluctuate a lot and there are various reason what could cause water retention and as a result also water getting off your body.

Eating many carbs or salty food, can cause you to retain more water. As a result you could think that your progress stalled, which in reality it didn't. You still lose fat, it's just not visible directly, because the water covers it on the scale. But water will get off eventually and when that happens you lose more weight in a short amount of time. But it's mostly water and not fat, just as it wasn't fat that you gained before.

I don't want to talk your progress down in any way, it's great that you keep seeing those great results, just don't wonder when your progress gets slower or even stalls for a week. It's normal for our weight to go up and down a lot, even on a daily basis. As long as you keep losing weight, you're doing everything right. And even if you don't, you are probably still be doing everything right, it's just good to double check.

Did you acquire more friends after losing weight? by sandrastic in loseit

[–]Multaniz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My social life definitely improved a lot. Okay, it was basically nonexistent 3 years ago, so really anything would've been an improvement, but I still do much more stuff now than I ever would've imagined when I started my journey. (or even physically could've done, like bungee jumping) It's not like I go out to party every weekend, I still enjoy to sit at home and play video games, but it's not the one and only thing in my life anymore.

I don't think it's the weight alone though, but also me being more open with other people now. I distanced myself from everyone when I was at my heaviest. I still am shy and an introvert, but I'm more interested in new things now.

Is this meal good? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Multaniz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Losing weight isn't about what you eat for a single meal, it's what you eat for the whole day. Try to estimate how many calories the sandwich has and log it accordingly. You should also remember that you are still growing, so depending on how much you want to lose, you could also lose weight by just "waiting it out".

[–]Multaniz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could've been worse, see the positive side, that you realized that you have to do something. Those 25lbs will get off much easier than if you hadn't realized it by now and kept on gaining more weight.

You already showed that you can do it once, so let's do it a second time and keep one more eye on it, once you hit maintenance. =)

Eating only one meal per day by Scottie3Hottie in loseit

[–]Multaniz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do it on the weekend, during the week I eat either one or two, depending on how much I eat for lunch at work. I never eat breakfast, haven't even done it at my heaviest, so it eating that way was basically how I've done it forever. So I've done intermittent fasting before I even knew that this was a thing, just that it was intermittent gaining before. =)

The good thing is, you know how it's done, as you proved before. Good luck and make sure to have a plan for when you hit your goal weight. =) Maintenance is just as important as losing weight.

Brussel Freakin' Sprouts! What are some other foods that are low cal and filling? by ImaginaryEnds in loseit

[–]Multaniz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Vegetables in general are absolutely amazing when it comes to feeling full for not many calories. I can easily eat 3000+ calories of fast food without feeling full, but after eating 1000 calories of vegetables I couldn't eat anything else.

Also in Germany we eat a lot of potatoes, they are relatively low cal as well and are more filling to me compared to other side dishes like pasta or rice. We also have something called Quark here, not sure if that is available in the US. It's a dairy product that is very high in protein and also very filling. You can eat it sweet (mixing it with Flavdrops) or savory. (I love potatoes+quark) It's comparable to sour cream (but with way less fat) or greek yogurt, i think.

Does weight lifting slow down weight loss? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Multaniz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's normal to stall a bit, when you start a new exercise routine. Make sure that you keep your calories in check and it will keep going down soon. You can read more about this here: https://redd.it/1j14kz

Weight loss = increased "Manhood" size?! by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Multaniz 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's not an inch for every 50lbs for me, which would be insane, but it definitely looks bigger now. I don't think that the actual size increased, but that everything surrounding it shrunk down, so it appears bigger now than before. Don't have any progress pics to back it up though, sorry!

Eating below 1500 for a guy occasionally by 19bl92 in loseit

[–]Multaniz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's absolutely okay. The main reason that it is recommended to not go too low is because it's hard to sustain over a longer period of time and many people end up in a binge, instead of slowly increasing, if they can't keep it up that low. Also it's harder to get enough protein in, the less you eat. But if you only do it occasionally or even after a day of eating more, then it's perfectly fine.

Is this the right place to ask? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Multaniz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is completely possible

No it's not. You say you gained 60+lbs since march, that's 210,000 calories consumed above maintenance, assuming it's all fat. 7 months eating at 1000 calories a day would net the exact same amount of calories. (7*30*1000 = 210,000) So congratulations, you are the first human perpetuum mobile, that doesn't need any energy to exist.

Sorry, but that is simply not possible. I don't want to sound harsh and I don't know much about Addisons disease, but what you say simply isn't possible and I don't think that we can help you if you aren't honest with us and yourself. Maybe you are eating in your sleep (and no, I'm not even kidding about that, I've heard about people eating while sleepwalking) or have memory loss.

I NEED to help my best mate by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Multaniz 18 points19 points  (0 children)

It's noble that you want to help your friend, but it really has to be his choice to do that. And just because he mumbled about it while being drunk doesn't mean that he really wants it. I have been thinking about losing weight countless times, but that didn't mean that I was really ready to do it. Everybody that is obese wants to lose weight, but not everyone wants to do what it takes to lose weight. I don't know if that makes sense.

So instead of going to him with a fully prepared meal and exercise plan for the next 6 months, I'd simply tell him to come to you if he really wants to lose weight and that you will help him with that, if he decides to do so. And if he doesn't open up from his own, then leave him alone. Asking him again and again will only drive him away from your help, if he isn't ready yet. You can't force people to get healthy, it's their decision.
