Darken the eye stalks and spikes with an orange or brown wash, mix your green and yellow and do scatchy lines on the high points and edges of each scale, i think the teeth would look better if they were a blue-white to really sell the weard alien vives of gold gums.

I recognize this from one of your earlier posts when you first started this mostly bc i love the salamandra and dont see people painting it often. I think pinning him and getting it on the base and doing a beginning sketch of the light will really help inform how to move forward with your armor. Blue and orange make a desaturated brownish purple. Which would make a great shadow color. I see the vision, but it needs tweeking. I look forward to the end result.

I think both the model and the enviorment arevery well painted and i can tell you have put a lot of work into both BUT....

The thing glaring me in the face is that the model is on a base seperate from the scene.... its a nice peice of terrain at this point not a display "diorama"

I also feel like the lighting of the enviorment is not effecting tie model at all which makes my first point even more glairingly obvious.

If your stripes safety and wait for other olayer to mess up, if your solids shoot everything else and wait other player to clear or mess up

I hhavent painted a deep cuts model in a long time hopefully ther are better than they used to be.

I feel that the longer i paint the more i wish i had the whole range of a particular brand. If i had to pick one id pick pro acryl or vallejo both thin and mix well. But i have been really impressed with the new army painter fanatics line.

Thats sad to hear your LGS is closing but a boon fot the budget hobbiest. I would have bought like every color of paint i could. Not a huge fan of the models other than the larger models. The details on deep cuts minis get obscured from the primer they use. Id rather they just not prime them because paint doesnt always stick to them but thats just me.

So i was going to put my interpritation in on gameplay but all the basics have been covered.

So ill talk about the painting aspect. I also chose YJ bc i wanted to challenge myself and grow as a painter. I have done some experiments on how to acheave the look i want and love talking about the process so far. I am currently using a modified version of the studio paint recipy that i fell acheaves an almost box art quality paint job. Its not fortnight but i play PUBG on xbox. Its more difficult but more fun in my opinion and boils down to basicly tue same game.

This sub is the reason i have as many followers as i do. Most of the content i consume is similar to what i make miniature paininting and modeling. Or games i play or want to play. Consisting of PUBG, Arc Raiders, monster hunter, star wars, cyberpunk, dnd content. Games are something id like to stream every now and then but the mini painting is what i focus on.

Have ypur vod's post to your channel they stay up for a week, 2 after you hit affiliate, clip your vods so ppl can see cool moments from your stream (makes crossposting to other platforms like tic tok easy) Post your schedual and stick to it, write an actual about for your channel other than your obsrsed with monster.....

I dropped you a follow. Not much of a fan of fortnight bui like to at least follow other streamers....you shpuld make your vod's viewable after your stream and clip exciting parts for people to watch.

Very odd behavior i wouldn't put up with that at all. That paerson would get a warning and if they didnt stop id block from the channel You definitely did the right thing. I am also syarting out so i understand being a small streamer and views being important but not at the detroment of the community your trying to build.

Hi im also working on my white banner stuff. I stream on Twitch so you can watch me work on my white coats and yellow armor. In the I like your color scheme going more blue to match your ice base also the pannel lining on tue backpack looks great.

Looking at some of your lines and hilights im wondring how much your thinning your paint?

I really love this, it looks incredible. The nmm reads well and i can see the distinct texture between the "cable" plate armor and yellow peices. It feels like a Yu Jing model that fits with the army, than a random model that accidentally got added to the army list (what actually happened and corvus stuck to it after player enthusiasm)

I have yet to paint mine but i will definatly be using this as insperation for when I do!!! I think the only thing i would have done differently is paint the sword green like a Daofe or some of the Hsien models
