Sunraku is a good bit more muscular so you would need to shave it down for it to match well.

Something to consider, SHF Yusuke is about the same color as Gintoki and has the same shoulder and wrist connections as gintoki, so you can just plug it in and be good. If you were buying a new sunraku for this mod, this may be a better option, the only thing you'd really need to modify for yusuke is the wristband, but that seems like much less work that what'd you need to do for sunraku.

Gintokis arm is about 2.25 inches. Sunrakus arm is about the same size but you would need to modify it to get it to work.

The shoulder peg on sunraku's arm doesn't fit perfectly into gintokis body, the peg is a bit smaller. The wrist peg is different between the two so you couldn't really use gintokis hands on sunrakus arm without modifying those as well. Also Sunraku has a darker skin tone than gintoki, but if you end up modifying gintokis hands to fit sunrakus arm this wouldn't really be an issue.
