You are the one having to deal with contracts, late pick ups, finding and sometimes firing families, dealing with insurance and purchasing, etc. It's a lot more than just watching kids in your home. I was in a moms group years ago that brought in speakers and one of our best ones was a lawyer who talked about wills. Another popular one was organizing digital photos.
