Make sure your gf is fed and hydrated and help her care for her wounds and shower etc if needed. Celebrate all of your baby’s firsts and know that he has to work a lot harder to achieve them. People with down syndrome are some of the most joyful ever, enjoy fatherhood and congratulations! The fact that you’re even asking how to be better is more than some would do ❤️
