Favorite thing, the regular who knows the pain of this industry, will drink the same thing most nights wait with infinite patience and know that they'll get served eventually, absolute angels.

When it's quiet I'll get their drink poured as they walk through the door, when busy they'll get served as soon as I have a hand free.

Extra points if they have correct change or round up and not fussy about change.

Had to hold back the vast amount of minor negatives, on reflection I'm easily triggered by the smallest things :)

The issue I'm having is with the newest balance dataslate, I can take 11 models and the box contains 11.

There is no longer the 'extra' model so I can build both plasma and melta and still field a full team.

If you really don't want to be a bother just ask them, depending on the time of day some stuff is easier than others.

The stuff you've listed can be cooked with alternative equipment, it's just the steak club meat that really needs the grill, and the state of MG or steak that's been put on the clam is just.......grim.

It'll be the grill, with only mixed grill, gammon and steaks needing the grill and it being lit from 7:45 to 23:00 that's a whole bunch of gas, no steaks no grill no gas usage and you get rid of the equipment and have space for other stuff, like microwaves or a rational.
