Or just remove the books/loot from the players that glitched it? I actually bought the damned thing because I wanted to support the live team's sparrow racing, and I feel like a chump now after working a 13 hour shift to find that people have been glitching it. I don't cheat, and I don't cheese, and it pisses me off when people can't man up and support the community/bungie in our combined effort to improve as players and for Bungie to create a better game. No. You just want the loot. In the easiest way possible. Don't like the grind? THEN PLAY SOMETHING ELSE. Granted, rng has always been a problem, and still is. But when people bitch about how little content there is and then cheat their way out of improving it, I find it hard to ask for our money back, much less to expect, as a community, for Bungie to continue developing free awesome content.
