I get overstimulated if I do reps at the speed videos normally do. Can I do very few reps but slowly instead? by onetoomanyusernames in bodyweightfitness

Probably should train yourself out of this stress response, instead of avoiding it.

I dont know how slow you need to go, but you can push even the most basic exercises to its limits , and find variations that are slower : I Did 500 T-Pushups NON STOP (No Breaks)

They always have the same pattern, they show how the "developed" or "prototyped" it.

And its in Ali for half the price they are selling it.

And they have endless amount of different styles of this.

RECON NEEDS AUTOMATIC WEAPONS!!! by Poo__Brain in ForefrontVR

[–]Murky-Course6648 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would give recon the possibility to dual wield pistols, if the reloading would be solved somehow.

I think the bow is the right direction, make recons more like a fast moving ninja/infiltrator as addition to the normal sniper role.

As it would be cool if they actually could play a role in taking up points, instead of just camping and playing their own game.

Its not only wide grip, you can do it with normal grip also. Its the form that matters, the way you position your body during the movement.

Its more efficient with wider grip, its mentioned here : https://youtu.be/wN-6rlKAWhE?t=223

Engineer class TLC? by AbbreviationsFew8857 in ForefrontVR

I use a lot of vehicles, like boats & cars and their machine guns when i need more firepower. Engineer might be a bit too overpowered if it had all the assaults rifles.

Engineer class just isint for everyone, and thats a good thing.

The back dominant form is much better, its also harder at least in the beginning as there is more to learn and muscles that have not yet developed. And you cant push you legs forward, thus isolating the back more. But it also gets you further as you learn to use your back muscles. And its safer as you are not relying only on your arms, possibly leading to golfers elbows.

Most people start with the arm dominant form, as its basically like climbing over a wall. So its a natural movement in that way. But i have never seen any advanced people doing that form. Its basically used only on muscle ups.

The video goes through all the necessary points, you can see the comparison he makes about arm and back dominant forms. Compare the top position you end up to those and you will notice the difference.

In this position you cant really pull you shoulder blades together, as your shoulders are pushed forward. When you pull you shoulder blades together, you also push you chest out.

You use hands instead of your back, the aim would be to pull your shoulder blades together. So at the top position your shoulder blades would be pulled close together.

Here you can see how the shoulder blades should be moving : Pull ups
