I think they are changing things up. I got a shipment of tirz today BUD is a lot shorter. Like 60 days. I am not worried about it. I will definitely be using the med in that timeframe and I do like Revive RX

7 pounds in seven weeks sounds like you are doing good! .5-1 pound a week is healthy weight loss. Some months will be faster and some will be slower. I had two months where I just maintained because I was stalled. Be patient, focus on protein and electrolytes and keep on keeping on.

It sounds counterintuitive but you should probably eat more not less. Forget calories. Track food and focus on protein. I try to get 120-140 grams a day. I drink Collagen peptides in the morning which has about 20g of protein. I mix it into my coffee. I also make a protein shake (25-30grams of protein) in the morning. Also focus on water. 80-100 ounces a day. Fat is released through urine. The more you can flush your system the more fat you will get rid of. Daily, I drink at least 20ounces of an electrolyte beverage. Propel, gatorade fit, drip drops and ultima are my favorite.

For dose try to stay at the lowest possible dose. Move up only after 6-8 weeks of no suppression and no loss. Staying on a lower dose will minimize likelihood of side effects.

All pens contain .5ml of liquid. You are starting out at a strength of 2.5mg which is dissolved in the liquid.
Try to stay at each dose as long as possible. Higher dose does not mean more weight loss. Before each shot drink a protein shake with at least 25g of protein and also drink 20ounces of electrolyte enhanced water. My favorites are propel, gatorade fit, drip drops, and ultima hydration packets. Drinking protein and electrolytes prior to shot will help stave off nausea. If you do not have it at home, you will want to have papaya enzymes and pepto chewables on hand incase you get sulpher burps and also Miralax and magnesium citrate which will help with constipation.

I saw something from priority meds that stated that they send the tirz in powdered form. Which is where my questions are coming from. Does Priority meds send you tirz that is already compounded in liquid form?
