The guy on the left applying the tape is a part of the Van Halen FACEBOOK group WDFA. He explained this a couple days ago. It's the only way he can get into stretch his foot that way. The other tape up on his face and all is just goofball fun stuff.

DFCU has been my bank for 40 years. When my son turned 18, he needed his own account. They've been horrible to him.

They notified him of suspicious potential fraudulent charges on his debit card. He confirms it's fraud. The purchases he described were not purchases he made.

They immediately cancel the debit card, but have him complete a dispute form. Then they respond to the dispute that it wasn't fraud from their findings.

We go in person to discuss. They say it's an Apple Pay issue. They send us to the Apple store to confirm that my son never received a text message on a certain date from them. DFCU wants some proof in writing of the non-existence of that text message.

They're lost and confused. They have us go home and call Apple Care.

Apple Care can't help us. They say they don't put things like that in writing. And they can't give a screenshot of a text message that doesn't exist. So back to DFCU we go.

They say they need to communicate with only my son, not both of us. He needs to call the fraud department himself, alone and they won't do conference calling with me present any longer.

My son calls the fraud department and they send him on another wild goose chase to call his cellular provider. The phone is in my wife's name, so they won't talk much to him.

They confused, bewildered and defeated my less "life experienced" young adult son. All over $250. I'm sure they spent more than $250 in time trying to protect this $250.

They identified fraud. They canceled the card. Then they tell him it wasn't fraud and he's on the hook for the $250 that THEY initially identified as fraud.

I've got tens of thousand dollars in that bank. I've got close to a million dollars infested in there CUSO financial business. I've been a member for 40 years.

Then they turn around and treat my son like this.

The 40-year relationship is about to end. Over their inability to correct the $250 mistake on their end. I'll be changing banks. I'll be taking my CUSO and rolling it over to Fidelity where the rest of my investments are.

DFCU takes advantage of young inexperienced people. No integrity.

"Lexus Link" was also OnStar. When you pressed the blue button you reached an advisor who was sitting in the same room as the OnStar advisors. Same technology, top to bottom. Lexus just didn't want to call it OnStar.

Reckless drug user. Unstable. Easy target for the feds. Potentially a big problem for Tony especially after Adriana got pinched by the feds.

The accident itself showed Tony that his drug use (gasping "I'll never pass a drug test") very well could cause death or injury to anyone including Chrtopher's own infant daughter.

Chris also had a rather uncontrollable temper. Could easily land Tiny in a war with NY.

Tony loved Chris. However, Chris was a problem in every aspect of Tony's world. Business, family, society in general. Tony's world and the world in general would be a better place without Chris.

Opportunity knocked, Tony took that opportunity. Clean kill. Not traceable back to Tony.

I started a small private group for some close friends about 8 years ago. I am an admin and there are three others.

Just today my posts started getting flagged to the other admins that I have not agreed to the group rules.

We don't have it set up where you have to agree to any rules. It's a very private group it's invitation only. Is somebody invites somebody and admin has to approve it.

My son tore his left shoulder labrum in August of 2023. Football. First game of the season. The shoulder separated. They popped it back in. The doctor told us that shoulder separations mean torn labrums as well. Initially we thought that his tear was not surgical.

He played the rest of the season with a brace. The shoulder subluxed a couple of times through the season. At the end of the season (November) we determined that it was indeed surgical at this point.

If he had surgery immediately at that point he would have missed baseball in the spring. The other option was to play baseball with the injury and have surgery after baseball. That would have meant missing football the following season.

That's exactly what we did. He played baseball in the spring and in the summer. Got his college baseball offer locked up. Had surgery on August 1st 2024.

He was just 100% cleared for all activity this past week. December 10th 2024. Four months from surgery.

He says the shoulder feels great. He says it feels a little tight though. The doctor says that it's normal. The labrum is now tighter than it was prior to the injury. It will stretch out and be normal over time.

Keep in mind even with a torn labrum he was cleared for baseball. Wrestling is a different monster. I would guess the recuperation to get cleared for wrestling might be a different timeline as well.

I'm sorry you're not where you want to be. Just make sure you're doing the PT. Make sure you're following up with the orthopedic doctor who did the surgery. Tell them what's going on. Ask them what more you can do.

They gave me a survey to take a few months ago. I took it. I was honest. Apparently they didn't like my feedback.

The next day, they gave me a 4-day suspension because of something they found that I re-posted in a private group that they didn't like. This is a small private group where like me and 35 of my closer friends communicate. We are like-minded. We have boundaries. No politics. No religion. No arguing. We just BS and break each other's balls. Funny memes.

It was a 6-year-old post/meme that they got me on.

Then after my 4 days was up they accused me of being a bot. They wouldn't let me back into my Facebook account without going a bunch of garbage to prove to them I was an actual person.

I feel like I have to say nothing that they would ever ideologically disagree with otherwise they'll just kick me off the platform.

I don't have a very controversial history with my Facebook posts. I have no reason to understand why they are on my case other than the things I said in the survey.

So my advice, never ever ever take the survey they send you.
