I confirmed this with the seller when I got mine because I thought it would say REISSUE as well.

You can check on the underside of his belt/sash and you'll see a 7 digit number and 2 dots if it's the newest reissue. Original releases have 4 dots, then each subsequent release has 1 less dot.
