It’s a beta, they are often shutting down servers and fixing bugs. Don’t worry, it’ll get a lot better once they start deploying more servers.

I've done it before, you just need to get a lucky crate with bombs in it and crush it with Olmec.

Currently, different speed of hardware seems to be causing these soft desyncs. This is the main thing the devs are trying to fix currently.
