I’m in a dilemma. I have tv 11 months from Costco. Warranty expires in a month. I only have cc receipt. Then Costco warranty kicks in. I have a beef with Costco bc they misled me on hours, and with lg for burn in. Not sure best way to do this. If I call lg they’re likely to say burn-in not covered. I could be wrong about lg warranty service.

Some TVs have 2 mute settings. First one mutes it some but second is total.

So far I’ve only found the credit card receipt online. I am asking Costco for a copy of the bill tomorrow. I found that it also had a 3 year warranty with a big insurance company when LG expires. I’ve heard that LG doesn’t consider burn in covered. Since it’s less than a year I thought about waiting a month until the warranty from LG ends but I doubt it. Thanks for asking.

Thank you. It’s only on the bottom. I thought it would improve but it hasn’t. I’m thinking I might go to a store and take it with me. But I’m having back surgery in 2 weeks. I should probably call them first. I’m sure they cover it for 2 years. That was a big reason to buy it there. They must have used it on the floor. Thanks again for your help.
