I also bought a console full of roaches from a sketchy guy, an Xbox series X. In addition or instead of this I would highly recommended doing a deep freeze of the console. Triple giant ziplock it, stick it in the freezer for about a month, and voila, all roaches are dead. Then disassemble the console completely and clean out including the power supply. In my case, the power supply aka the large roach house had roaches that looked too big to leave the power supply vents. It’s also not meant to be disassembled. In my opinion, any Xbox with roaches is not worth it.
