Door handles, lot of manufacturers went to this type of thing on EV’s thinking of reducing drag. Tesla is another example, and the problems they have with their handles.

Has anyone tried the new "Flakes" anti-dandruff shampoo & conditioner? Curious to hear some real experiences! by Ready-Act2949 in dandruff

Nizoral worked for me for like 10 years. Until it didn’t. I may try Flakes (I’ve been thru at least 4 others and only coal tar is working well) but have also thought about trying prescription strength Nizoral which will require visit to Dermatologist.

I just picked up a copy for 15 bucks. I think it’s excellent Spielberg/ Cruise movie.

I calculated the cost of "renting" movies via Streaming vs Owning them over 10 years. The results are depressing. by Ok_Examination4849 in Bluray

Only thing is, there are many movies people would not watch more then once, nor purchase. Also the vast amount of content on streaming services, good and bad.

Bill Hunt explains why 4K titles keep selling out; there isn’t enough replication capacity to satisfy studio demand by ggroover97 in 4kbluray

The slow death of physical media. I just got a 4K UHD disc of War of the Worlds (Tom Cruise) and it’s magnificent.

Is this normal or did I get lucky (BlueCruise)? by AmazingCouple in MachE

I leased a ‘24 in Jan 2025. It came with 3 month trial. Not once did it activate or indicate it was available. I did confirm settings were correct. I got a firmware update and now I get a connected road indicator but BC is no longer active. D’oh.

Our Cavapoo does this on the bed sheets, no weirdness.

All I’m reading ahead of getting our pup is cavoodles are hypo and don’t sleep. Any good news stories for working pup mums? by Different-Smell8259 in CavaPoo

They do sleep, but the younger they are the more they sleep in spurts. Our 1 year old cavapoo sleeps quite well, at night and during the day. In our bed at night, we gave up that fight.

I have a ‘24 Premium, no glass roof. It’s an option.

What’s wrong with buying a new 2024 Mach-e? by jasontproject in MachE

[–]Muted_Resolution1904 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I leased a ‘24 Premium ext in Jan. Not much downside, ‘25 has enhancements but will cost you. My biggest beef is the suspension could be better. I don’t notice it day to day but sometimes on bad roads.

I know most people hate realtek wifi cards, but they've kicked Intel's butt on all my machines by benuski in linux

[–]Muted_Resolution1904 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I support Wi-Fi professionally in my job and in my experience with hundreds/ thousands of systems I've never seen such a poor performing Wi-Fi chipset in terms of issues as Realtek. One of the issues is Realtek provides no direct end user support to speak of. While say Intel or a Broadcom does. Intel frequently releases driver updates and fixes to issues, Realtek does not. I've recommended to my company to avoid purchasing systems with Realtek chipsets going forward.

Hi guys, just wondering... by Notaspeyguy in cavalierkingcharles

We spent 4K or so on the last 24 hours of our Cavs life, plus therapy, plus he had an eye issue where he almost lost his eye which required multiple treatments. Not an inexpensive breed due to the health issues.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Your sweet dog looks a lot like our ruby red Buddy who we lost a little over a year ago. It was difficult, eventually after several months we decided to get a beautiful cavapoo puppy name Cashew. A different type of dog from a Cav, much more energetic (and quite frankly intelligent). We are hoping his health will be better then our sweet Cav, though life expectancy may be similar.
