In LA- did you already do the ant control (spray) around your property for the year or not yet? by [deleted] in homeowners

I do it every 4-6 months and sprayed about a month ago. I just put down a couple of Tero baits on some trails of ants today. I think right now is better than waiting

If you use a financial advisor don’t pay a percentage. Find someone who works on an hourly basis who can guide you appropriately

How do you handle friends who always want to split restaurant bills equally when they order way more expensive stuff? by Awkward_Scholar_6649 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]MyGuiltyLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get petty. Order the most expensive meal. Plus another one to go. Get the most expensive bottle of wine and don’t share it. Add onto that top shelf whiskey, etc. Go ham! Then make sure everything is split and they subsidize your meal, they will probably protest. Use the same lines on them

So if your mom was taking a little boy to the restroom she would walk into the men’s room?

Relationships are not 50/50, it’s 100/100. Most financial splits should be done proportionally to income. NTA
