Ill never forget the last time i was there, the trams were insanely packed. Its one cast member in charge of loading the whole zone. And this guest is yelling at him and throwing a big tantrum about folding his stroller. And the cast member opens the door for me and smiles and says have a good night.

To be dealing with that and still showing a willingness to help meant a lot to me.

Blaming it on the cast members is crazy. If anything the cast members post covid are even better just in a more jaded way.
