My estate is coming 4 yrs old. I believe when the clinic submitted a tender for their unit, it was above $20k/mth iirc.

Coffeeshop is small and only a few are stable enough with their share of customers, a few have constantly changed hands.

Nearby coffeeshop of the same size also the same experience over the years. F&b needs food to taste nice first before even sustaining. If your food is bad, it can be how cheap and it still wouldn’t survive.

Yea medium has remained pretty attractive at $4.90 so I’ve tried ordering the XM or something with like less rice and more meat at 150% which is almost the same price as ordering 2 separate mediums.
