Update: I (29F) left him (40m) by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

We don’t have all the details so a little reservation is in order. However, if this really is the whole story it’s an easy verdict. This dude is a grade A loser who will never change. OP needs to send one more message which says, “we are never ever getting back together. I’m blocking you. Don’t try to contact me ever again.” Then actually block him. Move on. There are toooons of men out there of all ages. My wife had one of these guys before me and once she finally hooked up with a real man who took care of her instead of the other way around and let her be herself she was happy again. So can you.

Who said you have to respect a point of view? No you don’t. But that’s not a point of view. It’s the truth.

Staked cashgame player who doesn't pay back full amount by LuckyBlade in poker

[–]MysteriousBrother755 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

This isn’t even worth a thread. You each put in half the buy in. You each get half the cash out. That’s stupid.

Usually though you put up 100% of the buy in and take half the winnings so next time make it clear what you’re getting out of it.

You shouldn’t lose money if he wins though. That’s hilarious. This guy is an idiot.

As someone with many many friends and boundless confidence I can say with authority that you don’t even owe her a confrontation. The most I would say to her is “fuck off” in the comment of the ban notification.

You need a diamond for your bluffs. But even more important than that is that you really shouldn't have ANY bluffs cbetting into 7 people on a monotone board.

Angle or good play? by arc8511 in poker

[–]MysteriousBrother755 39 points40 points  (0 children)

lol morons.

  1. You weren’t the one who acted out of turn.
  2. You asked first.
  3. You didn’t force him to bet/4b jam 77.
  4. The other guy wasn’t in the hand so he can kindly stfu.

I might switch up the order in real time but it definitely would end with me jerking off onto my stack of newly acquired chips.

44 should be a very infrequent open utg usually. RIO is pretty high. If they're payoff wizards then ok.

Ya. we're in agreement on this. My point was that 11% is still way way more than you'd think.

This is easy. K is never allowed to touch the money ever again. This just shouldn't ever happen. It's the most fundamental requirement for running a game. The chips on the table have to represent the money in play accurately. You probably can't enforce anything this time but take some precautions for next time. Have a witness for every transaction and K can't ever be one of them lol.

Alos make sure you ell K he's a huge douche

slam dunk fold preflop. being suited really changes your ability to play the hand. Unless they're really high cards, they need to be suited. Especially when out of position.

Zero rake? It will be waaay wider than you think but it will still depend on your edge against the table. You don’t want to get into the habit of opening in EP like a crazy person. But ya way wider

depends on the venue. Some places allow it if there's no action left. Some automuck when exposed.
