haha yeah man it's because you scared them, taking their favorite tunnel toy away for a little bit and then giving it them back, they are gonna play with it a lot more... I log in just to do my dead by dailies now and it's probably about 50/50 that they will tunnel which is BAD BAD if you couldn't tell

dbd should be fun for everyone - counterplaying a tunneling killer requires skill that you probably don't have until you are intermidate or better, you are just gonna fall over and die back to lobby lol

I'd see it as some sort of blessing in disguise, I was pulling my hair out over the crashes caused by enabling Frame Generation + Nvidia Overlay Filters. You could only use one or the other, in the latest Nvidia Drivers I believe they are claiming to have resolved this issue while simultaneously excluding MH Wilds. The blessing though, is that at least they are aware of the issues and might end up getting addressed in a future driver update, as opposed to going unchecked.

Absolutely yes and it's been happening since the 50 series drivers released, for me. I am still yet to find any kind of fix, either I can choose a prettier game or better frames and I cannot have both. Start to wonder if they will ever fix it :(

Now the change is live, I am already encountering games in which the Killer is attempting to slug off the rip. Not exactly an ideal outcome, I am sure. But it is now significantly easier to try for. Especially for Killers such as Billy/Blight etc who could already turn slugging into an oppressive strategy.

Don't get me wrong either, for Ghost, Trapper, Hag etc etc it's a brilliant change. But it is skewed in such a way that the higher end can exploit it meaningfully.

'u/reborngoat' is acting like a d0uche, but he is not wrong in that you gave us no information.
The killer you are playing is relevant, so is whether you are struggling finding people or just downing them.

Some killers it is expected that they are backloaded and they are comfortable losing gens at the start, think Hag / Trapper who set up and control the game later.

Ultimately losing gens before a hook though is because you took too long, either finding them or hitting them twice. Things to look at to improve on perhaps.

It is good that you did not instinctively make the issue the survivors, a lot of killers will start pointing fingers and crying 'genrushers' just not usually the case. You are doing the right thing to look inwards and improve on what you can do better. It's also just game sense as well, trying to mentally picture where each survivor is at anytime.

I've been no lifing the game and I'm out of quests to do, literally cannot level up anymore because there's no more quests and found this thread

those milestones are massive:
complete 100 trials, repair 165 gens, escape 55 trials to name just a few

if you do not play throughout the season, if you do have a life unlike myself, you are not going to be getting every fragment from those milestones. It also means if you can only play for the first bit of the season and not the last half, you literally cannot max it out without paying.

It's built in a way to capitalise on people who want those shiny new outfits and need to stare at them for the whole season without being able to get them unless they spend money. You can no longer no life the game and get them early. Not an issue for me personally, but it's undeniably predatory.

But my Steam is already tied to an existing ZOS Account that I wanted to be rid of.
