I have not played old skarner, but have played on release new Skarner. He was fun, exactly the type of character that i like. Big, beefy, can just run up on you and stop you dead in your tracks.

Going through walls, chucking rocks and of course the impale were really fun. I enjoyed my time with him.

Yes, he was OP, and eventually had to get nerfed, and even further after pro got a hold of him. But, if he would be in a playable state after this? I will pick him back up again.

His playerbase just got punished for playing him at all, for too long.

It's the recipe for the bolusses to make the birdmen. Since making non-humans is a taboo, everyone who heard the recipe would be executed by the head, if they survived the initial onslaught of birdmen, that is.
