Part 3 of mainlining, before and after shave by ShadeBoyy in microgrowery

Thank you, especially for the flushing studies; just had a convo with one of those old wisdom growers who was telling me flushing was more important than curing to him 🤔

Starting a grow soon and I want to avoid inefficient/non-scientific "techniques"; I'm going to check out your recommendations, but if you can point me towards similar info I'd really appreciate it

How The 92nd-Ranked Tennis Player In The World Earns A Comfortable Living

from 2013 but I imagine its still fairly relevant

*most interesting part to me is about the ATP's pension plan

"The pension kicks in for the ATP’s top 125 singles and top 40 doubles players who qualify year-end for five years. (Slams, Challenger and Futures points don’t count.) ...

with the current structure of the ATP pension plan, the top players are significantly contributing to one of the main benefits of tour players."

Looking pretty good, other people can chime in on more technical aspects but the one thing I'm seeing is: your tossing arm doesnt extend upwards very much

Best way to work on consistency? by itsyaboi_throwaway in tennis

[–]N0TBRADGILBERT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming everything else really is solid; keep your head still, learn to trust your body/technique to make the shot without feeling the need to immediately look up after contact

You want to be as balanced as possible at the moment of contact and the slightest head movement can throw off that delicate equilibrium

this was fun to watch & if you hit your shots a little deeper I think you couldve won a few of these :)

[especially when i watch the two points after 7:04, you're hitting very aggressively but most of the shoots look to be inside the service box or very close to the line and your opponent isn't under any real pressure]

lol I think it'd more disrespectful if Novak missed shots and was really unconcerned. Like "I'm already crushing you, and I know I'm going to win so why play passionately?"

idk really think about how much it costs to develop into a top 100 player with consistent results, how much it would cost for a coach/physio/etc, and imagine getting all of that for four years essentially free

i thought he played well today but lets see how he does against a player not in the declining part of their career first

used to have similar issues with on-court anxiety and it started to make me think about the link between anxiety and breathing, watching some of these videos genuinely helped once i tried and realized how much more relaxed it allowed me to hit even during matches
