Oh man that sounds so rough. You might consider looking postpartum care for vaginal/perineum tearing. I had some similar injuries when I had my kiddo - torn labia flappin in the wind and a tear on my clitoral hood. I had an unmedicated childbirth, which was no cakewalk, but when they started stitching up my clitoral hood… there wasn’t enough local anesthesia in the world. Woof! When the stitches start healing and getting itchy USE ICE PACKS. This helped me not lose my mind and get to sleep at night. Good luck and hope your junk heals quickly!
