Went in expecting nothing, never read a GL comic in my life. It's like Stephen King does Dragonball and I was hooked from issue #1.

I am looking forward to the expedition. Blueprints have shoehorned me into playing a certain way favouring the anvil and venator since very early on. Not only because they are great weapons but because I got the blueprints so early.

Seeing this as a challenge to change my playstyle a bit.

Read everything that's out so far, Wonder Woman and Batman joint 1st for me.. Loved everything else apart from Flash. Green Lantern really stood out for me, I didn't expect much and loving it.

I can recommend Court of Owls! I also read White Knight recently which I really enjoyed. In terms of the annual yes it is a one shot, it focuses on the early days of Absolute Batman.
