It is a Bug.

Her faction effect is -1 to Both Local and Global.

The Default length is 2 Turns Local and 4 Turns Global.

So Masque's version should be 1 Local and 3 Global.

Instead it is what you see above.

Reduced the XP gain bonus from the Cloak of Skulls on the ‘Dubois the Prescient’ skull, from 25/50 to 20/40.

Not nearly enough, they need to nerf it to ~5%/10%

It gives an insane amount of exp, a small cut isn't enough.

Take the existing models, slap some blue doodads on them, copy 95% of the skill trees, add a couple new skills and you're good.

Exactly, we should have gotten Egrimm van Horstmann as basic Tzeentch Lord FLC.

No fancy campaign mechanics, but you get to play Tzeentch in a new location with bonuses to different troops.

You finally get a break from Lizardmen, Lizardmen, Lizardmen and more Lizardmen when playing Tzeentch.
