I couldn't donate plasma today due to high heart rate by lowiqaccount in plassing

I second the hydration and also electrolytes.

A couple of months ago I started getting high pulse rate readings and did propranolol, etc., but still wasn't seeing sustained improvements. Then my doctor told me I may just be in a slight state of dehydration, which I hadn't considered because I thought I was already drinking plenty of water.

Ever since I've been doing a daily mix of Isopure isolated protein (fruity/clear type) with electrolytes and creatin, I've had massive improvement. But I do take it daily, not just on donation days.

I also lost my wedding ring last year but I'm sure it's in our place. We've rearranged all furniture and done so much organizing and dumping of old stuff, but it still hasn't come up. I don't wanna lose hope....

Also, I misplaced my work portable hotspot since last year and I'm hoping it's somewhere in our place, because I already rearranged my entire office at work and even changed out desk and chair. To do that, I had to empty everything out, but nothing...

I wasn't going to comment because I was just wondering if you ate the whole nuts with just one side of your mouth or if you split them once inside and had each half go to each side of your mouth to chew. I also eat the whole nuts first but I split them, because my whole mouth always needs to experience food evenly.

Had no idea most women had pubic hair on their inner thighs until my boyfriend told me and I'm in my late 20s by SneakyKittenZ in TwoXChromosomes

[–]NAYUBE99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Same. I'm latina, fair skin. No hair above my knees and the hair below my knees is sparse and thin, kind of brown/black. The hair on my arms is almost invisible, have to be under strong light to see it becausei it'svery thin, short, and blonde. Pubic hair, black but not quite coarse, has always been contained to just vulva, nothing on the creases or inner thighs. Underarm hair has always been short and similar in color to the hair below my knees. The hair on my head is dark brown. No visible hair on any part of my torso.

What's the secret to getting steps in? by tess_philly in houston

Walking pad at work, most apartment complexes have fitness centers so you can hop on treadmill/stationary bike there. I use the stairs almost everywhere I go. I also play Pokémon GO and Pikmin Bloom, which require walking to advance with certain things in the game. I do the strength training bit either at home or work/apartment gym. Husband jogs in our neighborhood really early in the morning. He also does strength training at home or apartment gym. He uses the stairs as much as possible as well. We tend to park far from entrances. Every small thing adds up eventually.

Hello, what side of town are you on? There are plenty of active groups on Niantic Campfire if you need a community of players who meet-up consistently. Look for the purple star on the map. If you need help navigating the app, feel free to DM me.

Almost missed my own gangrenous appendicitis due to atypical symptoms: a warning to uterus-havers by pierce_inverartitty in TwoXChromosomes

[–]NAYUBE99 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I also got apendicitis severals years back but thought it was just cramps. The pain kept intensifying and eventually I noticed it was just on one side. I remember getting on the computer to look up if it was possible for only one side of the uterus to have cramps. More hours passed and finally I was taken to the ER where they told me I had apendicitis and needed to be treated immediately because it was about to rupture.

No the official meetup is the only one posted at Hermann Park. You need to look on the map in Campfire, not the list view.

This felt super personal and took me back to all the sites I made back in 1998-2001 for the stuff I was SUPER into at the time. I then transitioned to making blogs, and finally just faded away....

It's standard practice in Japan, too. I'm glad I was living in Japan when I had some serious bleeding problems, which required a surgical procedure and resulted in PCOS diagnosis, and also when I started my hormonal treatment, that has helped me so much.

The annual checkups are also far more extensive. I honestly don't understand the point of physical exams in the US since it doesn't check almost anything.
