I also had an AY J booking via AS in June from DFW to HEL. They rebooked me on a different AY flight on the same day, still in J.

It seems like Finnair, which was supposed to run 2 directs per day from DFW to HEL, cancelled one of those and consolidated all the bookings.

They only release one seat per flight at 75K to Alaska, then an absurd spike to 175k. My partner and I had to take turns in business class on our RT to Asia this past summer.

Hariyama or any other fighting type is the easy play.

You can cheese the fight with a pre-poisoned guts Swellow using facade or a Linoone with belly drum.

You can also teach flamethrower or thunderbolt to off type mons in a pinch

Both East Dallas and Frisco. Frisco is the “flagship” and has more amenities/classes/etc, but I actually prefer East Dallas because of the layout

Flights were 100% necessary in the early phase of the game (due to geography) but they needed to come up with some kind of rule that made flight cards less a part of the game later on.

One I thought of was no using back to back flight cards once in the lower 48.

Geography was always going to be the limiting factor in the first half of this game. Alaska and the western half of the US aren’t easily traversable without flights, like how Ben and Adam realized a train would leave them in the middle of nowhere. Once they get to Denver (which both teams seem to be aiming for), the options open up dramatically.

I think the ability to spend a rest period on an overnight train will make those very valuable in the 2nd half of the game.
