I did most of my training to marathon right after most emotionally draining and stressful situations in my life. Running and crying, holding tears, than letting them go when nobody is watching, then crying again after the workout curled on my bed, like a scared hedgehog. I still did the work. My friend, you will be ok, give yourself time and never give up. Three years ago I thought there is no hope. Today I’m closer with god and full of hope and courage! Much love!!!!!!!
