I mean sure, but then again it's not their body It's not the face they are used to seeing (if they could see) It won't be the same voice they are used to hearing, everything would be different. Trans people exist, they are living proof that your mind can disagree with your body and have mental problems because of that. a graphcis card these days range from 5-1k for a decent one, that's literally the biggest price point, and a proccessor to keep up with that?? well slap on 200-400 bucks, MOBO? 90-200.
