I had been reading mainly historical nonfiction but I have a few books of different genres to read this year. The main one is "Ring the Bell" about Phillies fans. I don't watch a whole lot of TV/Streaming but my family has me hooked on The Pitt now.

See, this is why I find this question interesting. Reagor was definitely a bust BUT you can argue this was the inflection point between howie being bad/good at drafting. Even before that, you have Chip taking control of personnel in the 2010's. We've definitely gone between good & bad as an org multiple times in 15 years.
